Barber’s Defensive Driving Registration Confirmation

Thank you for Signing up for BARBER'S DEFENSIVE DRIVING PROGRAM

Defensive Driving is 6 hours long with a 1-hour lunch or dinner break after 3 hours of attendance.

  • This class is for NON-ALCOHOL and DRUG related offenses
  • Arrive or Log-In On TIME (EASTERN TIME)
  • If you miss your scheduled class, you will not lose your money
  • Call or email us to make arrangements for a future date

Attending on Zoom:

You can use a cell phone, computer, tablet or any other device that lets you download the zoom app., has a web cam and audio capability (microphone and speaker).

  • Watch a quick zoom tutorial
  • You must have your video and audio turned on at all times, except during breaks, with your face visible
  • You will not receive credit for the class if you can’t be seen and heard
  • You will be emailed a zoom link the day before class starts, unless you signed up after 6pm the day before class, then we will send it to you when we open the next morning
  • The email will provide a direct link to the zoom meeting and a passcode to enter
  • If you start on zoom and decide to switch to In-Person, no problem, just come at your scheduled time
  • Your certificate will be emailed to you the following morning

Barber's and Georgia DDS Rules -> Please Read

1.) Students must ensure that their technology/device (internet, power, data, etc.) is sufficient to complete all course requirements on Zoom.
2.) Students must ensure that they have downloaded the Zoom Workplace app and can access it before the course starts,
******Should know how to:  Mute and UnMute,
                                Turn your Video ON and OFF.

3.) Students must be logged in on time and can not leave early.
4.) Your camera must be on when not on break, with your face visible.  Do not vape or smoke on camera.
 
5.) Students must be dressed, not laying down, sitting upright, paying attention and participating. 
 
6.) No children, no roommates, or any other people are allowed to attend the course. 
 
7.) Student's backgrounds must be appropriate (no pictures/use of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, or anything else offensive.) Be respectful to your peers and the instructor.  Barber's will not tolerate disrespect from anyone.
 
8.) You can not go anywhere (shopping, haircut, hangout, etc.) or do anything else while in class (including working), this includes operating a motor vehicle. 
 
**Treat this as if you were here physically sitting in our classroom.

Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm (Break 1:30-2:30) (ZOOM ONLY)
